Why hasn’t the seller got back to me yet?
There can be many reasons why a seller has either chosen not to reply to you or has not replied yet. Most commonly we have found that Sellers may already have started negotiations with other parties and want to discuss options with parties that have responded to their advert before you made your enquiry. Many sellers also prefer to communicate back to buyers that have been able to demonstrate a genuine interest in their initial enquiry; when responding to a seller for a high value business for sale it may not be enough to just ask for
“more details, please” “I am interested, please send more information”
We highly recommend that you carefully think though your introduction message, this is initial message is likely to make or break your initial negotiations.
How do I get more information from an advert that I have seen?
You will need to register as a buyer with buybusinesses247 before you can contact a Seller. Once you are a registered member you will be able to start contacting business owners and other sellers.
Is there a cost to become a member (buyer) with Buybusinesses247?
Yes, Buybusinesses247 charges all members a membership fee. With full membership you are given full site access to sellers contact details and memerbship privileges. Because you pay a small membership fee this demonstrates to sellers that you are a potentially serious buyer and not just browsing for information or a time wasting.
What types of payment does Buybusinesses247 accept.
we currently use paypal as our preffered means of payment,this means that you can either use your paypal account to fund your subscription or pay by debit or credit card.
what happens if my paypal subscription expires?
If you subscription expired because there were no funds in your account or if you have accidentally cancelled your subscription please contact buybusinesses247 at admin@buybusinesses247.com with your member name and the last paypal transaction identification number. Or if you wish you can rejoin using a new user name and password, however by doing so you will have to reset any email alerts and functions that you had previously. My credit or debit card is going to expire, what do i do. You will need to upate us with your new credit card details, and / or update paypal with this new information.
What happens if my credit card expires?

We highly recommend that you take legal advice before entering into any arrangement that gives committment on your side. If you are an experienced buyer though please dont forget to make your transaction secure as possible, we always advise that buyers should NEVER give money first should NEVER belive statements of earnings seen online should NEVER rush in buying Should NEVER pass on confidential information to any Seller. Getting a great advert response is something that all sellers want, to get the best or better response we strongly recommend giving as much detial as possible in the business description sections, with the most important areas being The title - make this interesting, you need a descriptive call to action! Your reason for selling - do not leave this blank, think carefully about your reasons, and at least advise that you will discuss this with buyers. Within the business description give as much information as possible with out disclosing any company secrets or information
Can I have more than advert as a seller?
yes, all Sellers can place more than one advert. This makes the buybusinesses ideal if you have more multiple websites, domains or businesses to sell. You can also place mutliple adverts if you are an agent or a business broker. Simply log in and create another advert, you can manage all your adverts from your control panel. If you misuse your account by submitting adverts that A/do not relate to businesses for sale, franchise resales, or domains/websites for sale your account will be terminated immediately and your IP address will be also be banned from the buybusinesses247 websites. B/ look like spam, or is spam your account will be terminated immediately and your IP address will be banned for buybusiness247 websites.
What if I have a new franchise opportunity to advertise?
At Buybusinesses247 we do not allow the advertising of franchise opportunties (new franchises). Why did I get banned?
Buybusinesses247.com has a zero tolerance to spam, if a seller or buyer spams other members or sellers there will be immediate terminiation of there account, if it is a member there will be no recourse of membership paid. There is no requirement of proof required, or negotiation on this point, Buybusinesses247 has final judgement and the user of the website has no recourse. You can be banned for any of the following suspsicion of false advertising or false advertising suspicion of deceptive advertising purposeful misplaced adverts Spam by receiving a serious complaint from a member or seller by using foul, or extreme language in an advert or in any correspondence that relates to buybusinesses247 and its members or sellers.
what happens if I am banned?
sellers - We take banning sellers as a veryserious matter, we will not allow your IP address to be used on the website again. Any messages stored or adverts on the website will be deleted. There is no recourse or reapplication to be able to use the website again. Buyers - We take banning buyers as very serious matter we will not allow your IP address to be used on the website again.
