6. Your paypal account or method of payment used will be debited from Integrateam for membership and or advert subscriptions or payments. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership yourself if you so choose to not the responsibility of Integrateam or Buybusinesses247.

7. The advertiser accepts full responsibility for the content of their advertisement and all liabilities direct and indirect are their responsibility both current and future.
8. Any classified advertisement or other advert posted or allowed on the Buybusinesses247 website is at the sole discretion of its management and could be revoked without refund.
9. Customer agrees not to post any website description, traffic or income estimate, contact name, email or phone number, or other information on Buybusinesses247 unless the Customer has all the appropriate rights and authorizations from the legal website or domain name owner, to publish this information on the Buybusinesses247 website.
10. Customer warrants that all website, financial, contact and related information provided by the Customer is accurate and all website data fairly represents the current visitor traffic and business condition of the website being posted for sale on Buybusinesses247.
11. Customer further agrees that the Customer will only post a website or domain name on the Buybusinesses247 online marketplace under the owner’s name or an authorized business agent legally authorized by the website owner to market their website business.
12. Buybusinesses247 may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation, remove any advertisement listing or any other advertisement that is suspected to have been posted in violation of these Terms of Service, without requiring any proof or authorisation. In addition, Buybusinesses247 may request evidence of compliance with these Terms of Service from Customers who are suspected to have posted any domain, website, business, personal or other information in violation of these Terms of Service (TOS).
13. Buybusinesses247 will, at its sole discretion, remove any ad listings and deny future service to, any Customer who repeatedly or knowingly fails to comply with these TOS. Any customer that abuses (foul language, threats, swearing or inappropriate language) staff, other members, customers or users of the site via electronic messages or other communication will have their membership cancelled immediately, their site access denied.
14. Buybusinesses247 has sole authority to select the method in which any business, website or domain for sale advertisement listing will be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on the Buybusinesses247 website and Buybusinesses247 reserves the right to modify any ad listing as necessary under these TOS.
15. Online payments are handled by Paypal only and the credit / debit cards it processes.
16. Buybusinesses247 does not offer any refund (full or partial) when an advert has been paid for, or for any membership that has been paid for regardless if it has been removed subject to points 7 and 8 or if the member to buy the business, franchise, website or domain through using Buybusinesses247 services.
17.  Buybusinesses247 assumes no responsibility for any of the sites being bought or sold through its exchange or use of electronic or any service it provides.
18. Buybusinesses247 reserves the right to send out its Newsletter at any time interval it finds appropriate.
19. Buybusinesses247 makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, that the any service will be timely, uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
20. Buybusinesses247 is not a licensed Business or Real Estate Appraiser.
21. Buybusinesses247 may add emails from customers who have posted to the marketplace to the Buybusinesses247 Newsletter or to any press release or other media.
22. Buybusinesses247 may terminate advertising on their website at any time, for any reason, refunding any remaining prorated amount still left on the account if a refund is deemed justified by Buybusinesses247. A refund or part refund is at the sole discretion of Buybusinesses247 and its decision is final.
23. ALL Advertising and membership subscriptions purchased must be cancelled be the advertiser through PayPal if they no longer wish to continue their advertising account.
24. This website is copyright to Buybusinesses247  copyright 2007. Reproduction, copy, distribution is forbidden without prior written consent by Buybusinesses247. For avoidance of doubt this includes the distribution of adverts for re-use by scraping or other means. Where it has been found that content has been scraped you will agree that you will incur our full legal costs, administrative cost and financial losses in the obtaining the removal of the stolen content. As standard policy we contact your ISP and submit a DMCA infringement notification.

25. Advertising prices are liable to change with notification by buybfranchises247.com any offer or reduction in price is at the sole discretion  of buybusinesses247. Prices  may go up or down in the future. You may need to alter or amend your subscription details in the future if the price of subscription changes. This will be your responsibility in some cases depending on your method of payment.

26. No notice is given if the website or any electronic service is not provided to a customer.
